This WP is dedicated to enhance existing and develop new Decision Support Tools to ensure a reduction in the prediction gap. These tools are dedicated to implement and maintain the energy plans by providing context-driven interactions between building stakeholders (FM, Owners, ESCOs, Occupants, etc.) and the physical buildings.
|WP5.O1.||Improve occupant comfort levels and ensure air quality regulations are maintained through the development of tools for continuous air quality monitoring and user comfort estimation with localised decision support to maintain indoor air quality requirements.|

|WP5.04.||Ensure sustained energy savings and maintain a minimum gap in performance by applying user centred design concepts and mechanisms for stakeholder interaction to ensure key performance metrics are visible, failures are prioritised and the most relevant information is presented through a common frontend.|
