Role in the Project: MSIL is Coordinator of the TOPAs project. MSIL contributes to the creation of an adaptive, service-oriented platform to ensure the outcome of TOPAs tools will fit for deployment in real operating environments. MSIL is responsible for TOPAs platform architectural design (WP1), development of the district level management infrastructure (WP2 & WP4), TOPAs platform integration and validation of the field trials readiness activities (WP6). In addition to the technical scope, MSIL leads the Dissemination and Communication actions (WP8) and responsible for the entire Consortium and Project management activities (WP9).
